We have extensive experience appearing before the Regional and National Labor Courts, as well as in labor-related proceedings heard by the Israeli Supreme Court (High Court of Justice). In addition, we provide ongoing legal counsel to employers on employment relations and workplace compliance.

The firm’s Labor & Employment practice is led by Adv. Eyal Weiss, formerly the Legal Counsel of the Israeli Journalists Association, with a background as a senior attorney at a leading labor law firm. Adv. Weiss has substantial experience litigating complex employment disputes in all courts and tribunals, as well as negotiating collective agreements and resolving workplace conflicts.
